CRAFS UNIMA’s FiT-Hub launches first training for Agri-Food Start-up Incubatees

The Centre for Resilient Agri-food Systems (CRAFS) and HISP UNIMA Project at the University of Malawi, in collaboration with the Digital Health Division and the HISP Centre at the University of Oslo, are hosting a climate and health workshop on 9th and 10th October, 2025 at T&D Lodge Zomba. The workshop aims to strengthen the interface between climate services and health systems.
The workshop aims to facilitate the co-creation of climate and health solutions, enhance in-country capacity for climate and health modelling, and promote the use of model outputs to inform health programming.
The event has attracted senior officials from the Ministry of Health, the Department of Climate Change and Meteorological Services(DCCMS), the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Research Programme, WHO, GIZ, and researchers from both the University of Malawi and the HISP Centre at the University of Oslo.
