LOGO DESIGN COMPETITION

Food Innovation and Technology Hub (FIT-Hub) The Center for Resilient Agri-Food Systems (CRAFS) at the University of Malawi invites interested UNIMA undergraduate or postgraduate students to participate in a logo design competition for the Food Innovation and Technology Hub (FIT-Hub).

About FIT-Hub:

Food Innovation and Technology Hub (FIT-Hub) aims to promote and nurture a culture of entrepreneurship and inventions in agri-food systems, product development, and processing innovations in Malawi, while ensuring intellectual property protection. FIT-Hub is a World Bank-funded initiative under the African Centers of Excellence II Additional Financing (ACE II AF) Project, dedicated to advancing resilient agri-food systems through research, innovation, and collaboration.

Logo Design Requirements: 

  • The logo must reflect the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of FIT-Hub. 
  • Use the CRAFS corporate colors. 
  • Ensure the design is original, modern, and easily recognizable. 
  • The logo should be functional for both digital and print use in various sizes.

Note: Avoid copying or adapting existing logos (no similarities with existing logos).

Submission Guidelines:

  • Deadline: Tuesday, 13th May 2025 midnight.
  • Submit your logo (in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format) to: crafs@unima.ac.mw 
  • Include your full name, student ID, contact details, and a brief description of your design concept.
