As part of the activities under the MoU between CRAFS and Tehilah, some of our postgraduate students in Food Sciences and Applied Chemistry participated in a training workshop organised by Tehilah Enterprises at the International Potato Centre in Blantyre, Malawi. The workshop aimed to train local communities in processing of orange freshed sweet potatoes.
