The Master of Science in Informatics aims to provide students with wide training in the vast domain of Informatics based on the evolution of ideas and the complexity that characterizes organisations.

The programme equips graduates with advanced knowledge, skills and competencies in economic, scientific, technical, legal, communication, management and social theories, principles, concepts and practices so that the graduates should be able to critique and apply them in informatics
Admission Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree with credit in the fields of information systems, computer science or equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
- Candidates with at least a strong pass may be considered.
Program Structure
The MSc in Informatics degree program offers four specializations: MSc in Informatics (Network Management),
MSc in Informatics (Software Engineering), MSc in Informatics (Artificial Intelligence), and MSc in Informatics (Business Intelligence).
The program is divided into two main components: coursework and a dissertation. Successful completion of both components is required to
earn an MSc in Informatics. The coursework comprises eight (8) core modules and two (2) optional modules, except for the MSc in Informatics
generic stream where students will do six (6) core modules. Each student must complete all eight core modules and at least 2 optional modules,
and must obtain at least 120 credit points to fulfill the coursework requirements for the program. In addition, students are required to submit a research proposal and
a dissertation at the end of the second and fourth semesters, respectively.
