Brief profile
Maurice Monjerezi, PhD, is a Deputy Centre Director for the CRAFS. He is an associate professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the University of Malawi. His research activities are on applied chemistry in the broad fields of the environment and food: (i) water and soil quality assessments to understand how changes in climate, hydro-biogeochemical processes, and anthropogenic pressure influence the quality of ground- and surface water resources; and (ii) food chemistry, safety, and processing.
