Brief profile
Tiwonge D. Manda is an associate professor of computer science at the University of Malawi. He holds a BSc. (Computer Science major) from the University of Malawi, and an MSc. and PhD in Information Systems from the University of Oslo, Norway. Tiwonge has over 20 years of experience in academia and engagement with government departments and industry. His work mainly focuses on large-scale digital infrastructures, focusing on strategy and technological platform development.
